We Are Your Light in the Dark
Our clinical, spiritually informed, holistic and gentle approach to treatment seeks to heal the individual in all aspects of their addiction or disorder. At ReBourne Recovery we see the whole picture and look to address the environmental, lifestyle, health, educational and psychological aspects of your current condition in order to help you get your life back on track.
Put Yourself Safely in Our Hands
Our services are entirely voluntary and funded by charitable organisations. Our funding team work tirelessly to generate money to offer our services for free but due to the current extreme pandemic restrictions and huge pressures on our society, funding is very limited. To enable people to access our programme while funding is pending, we have chosen to implement a very affordable private service for people who require immediate help. See our admissions process for more details.
The ReBourne Recovery Program
Rehab from the comfort of your home.
The ReBourne Recovery Program is the heart of the company. It is a fully supported program which consists of 24 Modules set up in a practical order spanning over 16 weeks. It starts with preparing you for the recovery journey, learning how to identify addiction and how it plays out in its various forms. We teach you effective strategies to manage the cravings and how not to act on them. Your childhood and life up to the present day is carefully examined so you can learn how your addictive cycles were programmed into you (usually in early life). We then move forward showing you how to love, care and support yourself, how to manage your relationships with self and others effectively and how to deal with any feelings that arise. The end result is a fully documented life plan and care package that we work on together, totally tailored to your personal and individual needs to give you the best advantage to leading a healthy, happy, fulfilling and sober life!
This service is conducted in a group setting because we’ve found that individuals respond best to treatment when treated together. We prefer a nurturing approach, with an emphasis on education and empowerment to move forward. We are here to help clients put this phase of their life behind and start anew.
"Life is not about feeling better, it's about getting better at feeling."
Our Success Stories
We’re proud of each and every person who comes to ReBourne Recovery for help. Our staff makes sure to maintain a lifelong connection with all of our clients and will often check up on their progress.
I contacted Bash on the 8th April 2020 after hitting rock bottom after losing thousands gambling, Bash chatted to me without any judgement went through his own story and for me helped that himself had once had a gambling addiction as he understood where I was coming from and how I felt completely and really helped me get my life back on track, if it wasn’t for the modules Bash has put together and his help and support I wouldn’t be where I am today, i am approaching the end of my modules now and I don’t feel like I need to gamble at all and importantly I have different strategies for the things that would have triggered the gambling in the past which are working, Bash would be there for you whenever you need him whether it’s a quick text or a quick call, he’s so supportive and I can not thank him enough for that and Bash has honestly transformed my life over the past two months of the program, I would recommend him 100%
